Exceptions/Vacations

Exceptions/Vacations will block off any date, date range or Multi-Dates for any Technician when they are out of work. (Vacation, Sick, etc).

There are seven options in the drop down menu:

  • Add New Row

  • Edit Selected Row

  • Delete Selected Row

  • Duplicate Selected Row

  • Copy Row To - Allows the user to copy and paste the selected row to an active technician

  • Copy All Rows - Allows the user to copy and paste all rows to an active technician

  • Delete All Rows

  • Choose a Reason from the drop down list

  • Select Date Range or Multi Date

      • If Multi Date was selected choose a dates from calendar and use arrow to add or remove

      • If date range use start and end date at bottom of window

  • If all day is checked users will not be able to edit times

click save when done

If the reason code you need is not in the drop down you can Add Record from the options drop down and type in the reason you want to add
