Create Follow-up

  • The Follow Up action button allows you to schedule a follow-up for any customer, for any specific date(s) you select, and for any specific Call Type.

  • When you schedule a follow up, it is personalized and linked only to your UserName in DealerMine. This means that this follow-up will not appear in any other users Followup tab.

Create New Followup

  • Click Followup action button and the create new followup screen will appear.

  • From the "Assign To" you can use the drop down to select the person who your going to assign the followup to or start typing in their username.

  • Select Service or Sales

Selecting Service:

  • Assign to will default to user creating the followup

  • Select a followup date using the calendar.

  • Choose a Followup Contact Type. (It will default to the current call type on the selected VIN)

  • It is not mandatory to choose a Call Type if none are selected by default.

  • Enter Followup comments in the box of up to a maximum of 500 characters (the text now wraps as you type).

Selecting Sales:

  • Select a SP to Assign to

  • Select a followup date using the calendar.

  • Select a Reason from the drop down

  • Select a time from the drop down

  • Select a Duration from the drop down (this will be the time in which the user will receive a Prompt before the Followup is due)

  • Enter Followup comments in the box of up to a maximum of 500 Characters.

  • Hit Save when done.
