Skill Limits

This tab will allow the user to set limits for the skill groups.

1. # of Slots - This column allows you to limit the amount of slots that will display on the appointment schedule for the selected skill group.

2. Set Limit - If checked allows the customization to limit the amount that can be booked per day and the amount of hours that can be booked per day for the selected skill group.

3. Limit Per Day - Allows for the customization of the maximum appointments that can be booked per day for the selected skill group.

4. Max Hours - Allows the customization of how many hours can be booked per day for the selected skill group.

Click Save before switching to another skill group

Note: PreventShop Overbooking option must be selected from the Store Specifications screen to prevent user from booking if the max values are reached.
