View By Tech

The "Team Filter" will display when "Tech" is selected in the Type Filter. This will permit a user to also drill down on the Techs by selecting their Team in the Team filter drop down.

View "By Tech" - will give users a quick over view of the Technician's booked hours, breaks and availability for the selected date/time. The Tech will display under their Team name, and each Tech will have their own column, as displayed in the side screen shot.

Once an appointment is book and a Tech has been added to Service line, the appt will display under the Tech's name on the appt schedule in the appt time slot . The Team's Appt book/max and Hours sold/max will come from the total appt booked and hours sold for each Tech/s on that team. When an appointment has been booked with multiple Techs, DealerMine will plot the appropriate time for each Tech and the Service.


To display the option "By Tech" in the Type Filter on the Appt Sched, go to the Admin Screen > Store Specifications , if your DMS can push a Tech on a Service line you will see a check box for "Push Tech # on Appt Line". Once Push Tech # on Appt Line is checked it will display the viewing option "By Tec" in the display Appt Schedule Views section. Once the By Tech is checked, this view option will display in the Type Filter drop down of the Appt Sched and users will be able to view the Appt Sched By Tech.

When Push Tech # on Apt Line is unchecked, By Tech will stay checked and DealerMine will only displays By Tech on the Appt Sched however users will not the Tech drop down on the Book Appt Form.

To have the Tech names display on the Appt Sched under their Team, go to Technician Setup.
