Send Email

  • Following the call flow, when it's time to send an email, click the Email button.

  • The email button will appear inactive until an email address exists in the customer information screen, click the Send Email button to view the send email screen.

  • Select your Template using the drop down in the top right hand corner (Contact Type automatically populates based on the selected VIN).

  • To: will automatically populate with the first email address on file.

  • Cc: is blank but optional if you'd like to enter another email address.

  • Subject: will automatically populate based on the original template, having the option to edit.

Send - Will send email and leave current customer on your screen (while recording in Contact and Email History)

Send & Recycle - Will send email and move you on to the next customer in the contact list (while recording in Contact and Email History)
