Send Email
Following the call flow, when it's time to send an email, click the Email button.
The email button will appear inactive until an email address exists in the customer information screen, click the Send Email button to view the send email screen.
Select your Template using the drop down in the top right hand corner (Contact Type automatically populates based on the selected VIN).
To: will automatically populate with the first email address on file.
Cc: is blank but optional if you'd like to enter another email address.
Subject: will automatically populate based on the original template, having the option to edit.
Send - Will send email and leave current customer on your screen (while recording in Contact and Email History)
Send & Recycle - Will send email and move you on to the next customer in the contact list (while recording in Contact and Email History)
