Purchase History

The information displayed under the purchase history is:

• Deal Details

  • • Stock # - The vehicle stock number

    • Deal # - The deal number

    • Deal Date - The date the deal was made

    • NUO - whether the vehicle is new, used or other

    • Type - The type of sale it was

    • Owner - Whether or not the vehicle is still attached to the customer file in the DMS

• Payment Details

  • • Exp. Date - When their financing/leasing ends

    • M/PMT - What they pay monthly

    • D/PMT - The down payment they made on the vehicle

    • APR - Annual Percentage Rate/ Interest Rate

    • #RP - Number of repeat payment

    • Term - The period in which the loan balance must be paid in full

    • Residual - an estimate of what the car will be worth at the end of a lease

• Vehicle Details

  • • Price - Manufacturer's retail price

    • Blackbook - (Equity users only)

    • Equity - (Equity users only)

• Salesperson

  • • Cur Salesperson - Current salesperson

    • Org Salesperson - Original salesperson
