DealerMine CRM Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements:

  1. Fetch (Marketing) - When dealing with a customer profile that has 2 or more marketing campaigns due, when sending an email you will be directed to the the indicator screen to select the campaign you are emailing on behalf of. This will ensure the proper campaign is being recycled.

  2. Subject Line Merge Fields - In an email you can now quickly add merge fields to any subject line by clicking the + symbol next to the subject line text box.

Resolutions:

  1. Followups - There was an issue when completing followups that the notes were not being recorded in Contact History. This has been resolved.

Service CRM Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements:

  1. Fetch (Marketing) - When you are working on a profile that has two or more campaigns and you attempt to send an email, you will be re-directed to the indicator screen to choose which campaign you are emailing on behalf of.

  2. Electronic Email Signature - You can now create an email signature from the options drop down in Email OR in User Setup by clicking Signature in the User Info tab. This will allow you to turn on a signature which will appear on all replies and emails sent in DealerMine when a template is not used.

Resolutions:

  1. Green shopping cart not adding default opcode - when booking an appointment and clicking the green shopping cart, the default opcode was not being used. This has been resolved.

  2. Edit and Delete Appt Lines - In the Chrome browser there was a visibility issue where you could not see the Edit or Delete button on any added line that existed on an appointment. This has been resolved.

  3. Vehicle Lookup Info - There was an intermittent issue where VIN decode details were not displaying after a user clicked the magnifying glass next to a vehicle. This has been resolved.

  4. eService - when pushing appointments directly to the DMS, we will now round robin to the selected users, based on the store access.


Sales CRM Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements:

  1. Traffic Log - we have added a Clear button to the filters section of the log. Click to return to defaults.

  2. Validating Inventory - we have made a change to look for the colour we retrieve in Inventory and match it up automatically to the proper colour during the validation process using Chrome data.

  3. Unsold Schedule Email Option - We have added a new option to send any Unsold Email from a specific user. This will allow you to control who the email appears to be coming from (Email and Display Name) although the merged data will still use the Salesperson on the deal. You will see this option when Adding a New Unsold Schedule OR you will see a check box in the main grid, titled "Email from Specific User".

  4. After Sale Followup Batch Emails - the emails that are setup under Sales Schedule Setup will now appear to be coming from the current Salesperson on each deal, unless the option "Send Emails from a Sales Manager of a Team" is chosen. Teams must be setup first in order for this to be used. There is also an option to enter a default From Email and Display name, which will be used when the Salesperson is inactive.

  5. Printing Desk Log - When printing the desk log we will now display the full note of the last note entered, as opposed to cutting it off part way through.

Resolutions:

  1. User Access - there was an issue where users without access to certain features, had access. We have resolved this issue. (Reassign, Delete Traffic etc.)

  2. Unsold Schedules - The Lost feature which is supposed to mark any log entry as lost after X amount of days was flipping all entries to lost, regardlesss of which Status' were chosen. Now we will only flip the chosen status' to lost after the number of days has elapsed.

  3. Email Orbs - when replying to incoming emails the orb wasn't reducing in its count. This issue has been resolved.
