Delivery Log

  • The Delivery log is used to book deliveries for both onsite and offsite delivery locations.

  • It is completely customizable to the Dealership.

  • Current and upcoming Deliveries are tracked inside the "Delivery Log" tab. (See image below).

Service CRM Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements



1. A “Send Test” button has been added to the Email setup screen. When setting up an email provider for incoming or outgoing mail, you can now send a test email. If the email fails to send, an error message will display with the reason as to why it failed.

2. In user setup when linking a DealerMine user to their DMS number, a message will display like the image below stating that the number is available to use.

3. There are two new options in Telephony Configuration > Inbound Assist:

  • Search on Inbound - When this is checked, every inbound call a user accepts will prompt the Search screen to open blank. The search screen will not search for an inbound number until the user enters information as they receive it from the caller.

  • Search on Inbound Number - This check box will not be available until "Search on Inbound" is turned on. When the "Search on Inbound number" is enabled and checked, every inbound call a user accepts will prompt the Search screen to open and the inbound number will display in the Phone Number field of the search screen. The Search screen will search for the inbound number that the user has accepted to answer.

*"Search on Inbound number" can only be checked if "Search on Inbound" is checked.

4. Email Setup > I-Leads > "No-Response Alert" column:

  • We have added the option "Off" to indicate the user will not receive lead notifications.

5. Now there is an option to turn off the default "CSI Value" at the bottom of the recycle window. When there is a default option it will be selected on the Recycle screen when the Contact Type is "CSI". When there is no default CSI Value users will not be able to recycle the customer file until a CSI value is selected.

6. In the Admin Screen, "Maintenance configuration" has been moved from the Store Setup section to a new section "Maintenance Schedules". The setup screens are now split into four different windows:

  • Maintenance Configuration

  • Triggers

  • Opcode Utilization

  • Service Menus

7. In "Opcode Utilization", we have expanded the 'Linked To' drop down, so users can view more of the opcode to ensure they are linking the correct one.

8. The assigned to drop down in the Follow up tab is now in Alphabetical order.

Resolutions

1. There were some complaints with not being able to view the full Appointment Schedules for some data bases as it was too crowded. To fix this issue we have adjusted the slots to display wider when the side bar is collapsed. User's can use the scroll bar on the bottom and the right side to navigate along the schedule.

2. The "Last Lead Created" column in the search window to link a lead to a customer, was not displaying the proper timezone.

3. There were some minor issues in the "User Setup" configuration screen with items not saving properly. This has been corrected.

4. Some inbound appointments were being credited as outbound if the "Stay on Customer" box was checked in the book appointment form. The inquired icon would be removed when directed back to the profile after clicking "Book Appt".

  1. We were not displaying the correct non-taxable incentives amount on the Desking screen deal summary. This is resolved.

DMS Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

1. DEALERBUILT - DealerMine now pulls the special order parts from DealerBuilt and links them to the correct profile.

2. SERTI - DealerMine now pulls the "Loan Provider" from Serti, and stores the information in the customer's Purchase History, as well as the Portfolio.

3. QUORUM - When adding a vin into DealerMine we are now able to also push the License Plate number into Quorum.

4. QUORUM - The SC (Service Code) field, now displays in the Book Appt form as a drop down separate from the Transportation drop down.

Did you know?

Did you know that the Last 30 days sub-tab in the texting tab displays a red orb by the phone number in the drop down to represent the number of texts on the grid for this tab. It does not represent new texts.

Did you know that when creating a query in Fetch and using the field “AddDaysToCurrent (-1)” and entering in a positive number you should not add the "+" it is incorrect.

Did you know, when booking an appointment in DealerMine that DIS does not allow an appointment to pushed through if it is being booked with an invalid ADVISOR. You must use a valid advisor when Booking for DIS.
