The ‘All’ filter in BDC Assist slid-out was only displaying the dealership the user was logged into. It was not displaying all stores in the queue like designed. This is now working.

When users were logged into DealerMine, more stores were displaying in the BDC Assist tab then they were log into. This is now fixed and the BDC Assist will only display into on the stores in the user's queue.

Some users were experiencing an issue with the Telephony queues not displaying. This is now working.

When using Telephony, are times when leaving a voice message for a customer that the user will click the "Leave Message" prematurely, as a result would get an error and the call would end. now when this happens DealerMine will display an error message letter the user know the call is not ready to go to voice mail yet and the call will continue.

*You must wait until you hear the beep before clicking "Leave Voice message"

The progress bar will display in Green as long as the Max Appt/Hrs are not within the 10% of the daily max allowed.

The progress bar will display in Yellow when the Max Appt/Hrs are within 10% of the daily max set.

The progress bar will display in Red when the Max Appt/Hrs have been reached or surpassed.

Quorum - For Quorum stores only, when on the Appt Sched and in Review mode the SC and Priority codes will now display, this will save the user time as now they will not have to open an appointment to view this.

DealerMine has added a Texting notification in the queue. When users are in the queue for multiple Stores/Branches and an new Text comes in, they will see a red orb by the text icon. This notification will display for all Stores/Branches in their queue.

We have also changed the Voice mail icon as seen in screen shot.
