Appt Schedule Notes

Users are able to edit and delete notes on the appt schedule that they did not create. This will be a user access option. When a note has been changed it will display as “Last Modified” and will display the date and user name of the person that performed the edit.


To give access to a user go to the Admin Screen > User setup > User Access > Appt Sched > “Edit/Delete All Notes”. General Managers, BDC Managers and Service Managers will be turned on by default.
