Service CRM Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

  1. We have relocated the Express Consent flag, which can be turned on by any user in DealerMine. It is now located under the Customer Information screen > Contact Methods tab. Express consent is the clearest and strongest kind of consent a business can have when dealing with CASL, and if you can get it you should. This will allow the dealership to contact this customer electronically if it's been over 18 months since the last business transaction.




Resolutions

  1. There was an issue where VINS would not show on an inactive file when being searched on. This has been resolved.

  2. There was an issue where the Voice Drop Usage Summary report was rounding the total cost column to the nearest whole number. This has been resolved.

  3. There was an issue where users were unable to delete records in a Fetch. This has been resolved.

  4. There was an issue where the Add Notes feature in Fetch was not working. This has been resolved.

  5. There was an intermittent issue when users were updating customer information, it was being recorded as updated by the database username (ie: 1234abcd) instead of the actual employee's username. This has been resolved.

  6. There was an issue where users were unable to save AC Phone Stats. The information entered would appear to save, then disappear the next day. This has been resolved.

  7. There was an issue where the Technician and Department names were not displaying in the WIP pop-up screen. This has been resolved.

  8. There was an issue where the disposition code on appointments was not holding when the appointment was re-opened for editing. This has been resolved.

  9. There was an issue where some Users were being logged out, while they were working between 5-6 pm AST. This was caused by the new security feature we put in place to log people out after an hour of inactivity. This has been resolved.



Online Scheduling (OLS) Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements


  1. We are excited to announce a new Recall integration that is exclusive to our Online Scheduling customers. This add-on product is available for the following OEM's:

  • USA: All

  • Canada: General Motors, Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep, Ford/Lincoln, Honda/Acura, Kia, Mazda, Toyota

Resolutions


  1. There was an issue with Online Scheduling, in that it was ignoring the default team set up in E-service configuration. This has been resolved.

  2. There was an intermittent issue in E-service configuration, where makes in the Customize Makes Tab were duplicating numerous times. This has been resolved.

  3. There was an issue in E-Service configuration > Customize Vehicle Makes - where makes were duplicating. This has been resolved.


DMS Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements


  1. Tekion - We now integrate with Tekion DMS for our Service CRM application.

  2. Dealerbuilt - As the Dealerbuilt DMS allows Spouse or Secondary information to be entered on a customer file, we have improved our ability in Dealermine to allow this as well. Now, when a search is completed in Dealermine, using a primary customer’s information (phone, email, address etc.), and the file has Spouse or Secondary customer information attached to it in Dealerbuilt, the search results will display as shown below, With the primary customer on top, and secondary customer on bottom.

By the same token, if the search method used is that of the Spouse/Secondary customer on the file, it will also display as above.

Additionally, the spouse/secondary information will display on the customer profile, much in the same way a merged file will display, within a drop-down.


In the case of a file that has been merged AND has spouse/secondary customer information, it will display as shown below, with the merged files denoted as always with parent and/or child notations, and the Primary and Secondary customer denoted as well.




In addition to these changes, we have added a new section to the Customer Edit screen, so users are able to view the Spouse/Secondary customers information.

Note - This section is currently "view only", We will be making this editable on a future release.

Resolutions


  1. There was an issue with Quorum downloads, in that the Advisor and Technician fields were not populating in the Service History screen. This has been resolved.

  2. There was an issue for CDK and PBS dealerships, when a Contact Method was altered in Dealermine, the DMS section was updating incorrectly as well. This has been resolved.


Sales CRM Enhancements & Resolutions

Resolutions


  1. There was an issue when Salespeople were printing a worksheet, that it would display “Plus Tax”, vs. when a Sales Manager with access to Desking would print the same worksheet, and it would say including tax, as it should. This has been resolved.

  2. We have added the ability to create a new worksheet when editing an existing worksheet by selecting the “Create another” checkbox before saving. This will take you to create another worksheet.

3. We have also added the ability to “create new quote” from the Autovance desking drop down.

Enhancements


  1. We have added a new configurable option to Global Configuration that will control the Sales Merge logic. This sets the number of days to determine if a sales merge should update an existing traffic log or create a new one. The default value is 30. Ie. If a customer purchases a vehicle and the last time that customer was logged on the Traffic Log was 45 days ago, then Sales Merge will add a new piece of traffic.
