Role Setup

This screen allows you to create roles with preset user access.

There are five options under the Options drop down:

  1. Add Role Setup

  2. Edit Role Setup

  3. Delete Role Setup

  4. Apply Changes to Users - apply updates to Users you have set up with that role

  5. Duplicate for Stores Branches

Add a Role Setup

  • Select the Store/Branch you are creating the Role Setup for

  • Choose Add Role Setup from the Options drop down

  • Choose a User Type from the drop down list

  • Add a name for the Role you are setting up

  • Give access by checking off the radio buttons

  • Click the blue arrow to view more accesses within the option

  • Save
