Add Note

• Click the above menu button to add Customer and/or Vehicle notes to any customer Profile.

• Vehicle notes are related to the selected VIN.

• Notes do not push over to DMS on integrated stores.

• Notes are visible in the Notes tab, and a blue information orb will be visible when notes exist.

• The number of characters for a customer/vehicle note is 1400 characters.
