Enhancements

We have further enhanced the lead processing screen to now show only linked leads under the potential duplicate section.

Resolutions

  1. There was an issue where the appointment schedule was showing 0/0 and users were unable to book appointments for those days. This has been resolved.

  2. There was an issue where the tooltip on block time was displaying the wrong time. This was do the the time displaying in Atlantic time instead of in Pacific Time. This has been resolved

  3. There was an issue when the appointment schedule was marked as full on a day that was also set up as a Holiday, in that it appeared that the day was still available to book appointments on. This has been resolved.

  4. There was an issue where appointment prep was displaying the wrong appointment time this was due to DealerMine was using UTC instead of the dealership time.

  5. There was an issue where users were unable to pull recall contacts from the call select screen. This has been resolved.

  6. There was an issue where customers were able to book on a day that was closed when going through the online scheduler. This has been resolved.

  7. There was an issue where open RO's were displaying under unassigned and not the advisor they were schedule for. This has been resolved.

  8. There was an issue in E-service Configuration, where users would get an error message when attempting to make a change to the E-Service settings. This has been resolved.

  9. There was an issue where the time stamp on follow up comments was displaying the incorrect time, instead of the dealership’s time. This has been resolved.

  10. There was an intermittent issue, where some users were experiencing slowness while using the Dealermine system. This has been resolved.

  11. There was an issue when deleting an imported Fetch it was still displaying on the Call Select screen. This has been resolved.

  1. PBS - there was an issue where users were unable to book appointments for unknown VINs. This has been resolved.

  2. PBS- There was an issue where the wrong dispatch code was being pushed to the DMS when manually changed on the appointment line. This has been resolved.

  3. PBS - there was an issue where users were unable to book appointments for unknown VINs. This has been resolved.

  4. PBS - There was an issue when desking some vehicles the desking screen was not loading. This has been resolved.

  5. Xsellerator - There was an issue where users were getting an error when updating an appointment. The error would say "Error updating Service Appointment. The remote server returned and error: (422) unprocessable Entity" . We have now updated the error message to say "Error Updating Service Appointment. A technicianid OR a technichianGroupId is required to create a appointment case"

  6. CDK - There was an issue where the WIP indicator on customer files that had closed RO”s. This has been resolved

We have added a SOLD indicator to vehicles displayed in the worksheet. This will display when the user opens the Available in Stock slide window, and will also display under the Vehicle Interest field, if a user searches by Stock # or by Year, Make, Model and Style as well.

We have a new location option for delivery. Users can now have the location split by sales division.

We now have multi branch functionality in the after sales followup! The after sales followup will now display the correct sales person for the selected branch.

Resolutions

  1. There was an issue with reassigning salespeople via a fetch campaign, in that the pop asking how we would like to reassign the fetch results was not displaying. This has been resolved.

  2. With the release of the multi branch changes we made on last months release, we have now made some changes to further improve the product. There was an issue when a sales person was made inactive, they would move to Store 1 Branch 1, along with the customers that were assigned to them. Now when a salesperson is inactivated, they will remain on the store they were originally assigned to, as will their customers. This will ensure no customer gets overlooked for reassignment.

  3. There was an issue where the media source was not populating when creating a Traffic Log entry from a web lead that was set up in I-leads. This has been resolved.
