Templates & Batch Setup

The Templates & Batch setup screen and its tab are user access only. To grant access for a user to view this tab in Templates and Batch Setup go to the Admin screen > User Setup > User Access > Admin Screen > Templates & Batch Setup, the select the tabs that the user will need to have access to.

Templates & Batch Setup allows you to manage all Email, Letters, and Texting templates. Along with creating Batch schedules, creating Surveys and managing your Unsubscribe for Emails and Texts.

Users can create Batch Contacts tab schedules for Letters, Emails, Texts and Voice Drops.

For Batch Texts a Batch Texting line must be purchased the cost is $40.
