Opcode Control

Opcode control allows the user to limit when and how many of each op code can be used.

The maintenance section is set up by groups and can be turned off so the op codes attached to that group can not be used in:

  • The Morning (any appt booked before 12:00 PM )

  • The Afternoon (any appt booked after 12:00 PM)

  • The Evening (any appt booked after time specified per day in the Schedule tab)

The user can also set up a daily limit for each maintenance group.

When there is a restriction on an Opcode the Operations tab will display a Red Info icon with a hover over tool tip showing what time of the day has the restriction.

The Repair/Recal Section has the same configuration as the Maintenance Groups

can be turned off so the op codes attached to that group can not be used in:

The user can also set up a daily limit for each maintenance group.

There are three options under the options drop down:

  • Add a Repair Recall Group

  • Edit Selected Repair Recall Group

  • Delete Selected Repair Recall Group

Adding/Editing Repair Recall Groups

  • Add a Group Name

  • Enter a description or the op code of the opcode you wish to add to the group

  • select the opcode you wish to add and click the arrow to move it over

  • to remove the opcode select an opcode on the right hand side and click the arrow pointing left

Tip:

To select a consecutive group of opcodes click a row, plus the SHIFT key and click the last row. All in between will be selected. Or to select multiple rows hold your CTRL key while selecting. Click the arrow to add to the list.

You can have a warning message show when a user is trying to book an appointment that conflicts with this setup

You can have an email sent to select users when a conflicting appointment is booked
