Texting Opt In
If the SMS is grey that means that an opt in text has not been sent
If the SMS button is yellow that means that an opt in text has been sent but the customer has not opted in
If the SMS is blue that means the customer has opted in and you are now able to text them
If an opt in text was already sent to the customer you can the SMS button to send another. If sending the customer another opt in text a pop up will display to let you know an opt in has been sent and verify if you want to resend it, Click yes to send another opt in.
