Contact Selections
The Contact Selections screen allows you to customize exactly when you want your calls to be prompted on the call select screen.
No Shows
The No Show section allows you to customize:
When this contact populates on the call select screen
When the Now Show appointment should be deleted
The length of how long the contact can be recycled for
Confirm Appts Level 1
The Confirm Appts Level 1 section allows you to customize:
what parameters to use to prompt confirm level 1 calls based on original book date and appointment date
Confirm Appts Level 2
The Confirm Appts Level 1 section allows you to customize:
what parameters to use to prompt confirm level 1 calls based on original book date and appointment date
Whether or not you use confirm appointments level 2
Service Followup (CSI)
The Service Followup section allows you to customize:
How many days after the Work Order is closed to start contacting
When to remove the contact from the call select screen
Limit the recycle codes used for this contact type by how long this contact can be recycled for
Which transaction type to include in the CSI contact type Customer Pay, Warranty Pay, and/or Internal Pay
Scheduled Maintenance
The Scheduled Maintenance sections allows you to customize:
The recycle codes used in the contact type by limiting the amount of days the customer can be recycled for
Ignore Appointments that were booked more than a certain amount of days ago ( DealerMine will not populate a customer for the maintenance contact type that has an appointment. This setting will ignore that rule if the appointment was booked more than the specified amount of days.)
Vehicle Sales Followup
The Vehicle Sales Followup sections allows you to customize:
