OpCode Utilization

OpCode utilization displays:

  • Active - If checked will display as an active opcode

  • Opcode

  • Branch Number

  • Skill Description - Opcode description

  • Estimated Time

  • Price

  • Misc Fee

  • # of Times Used

  • Last Time Used

  • Linked To - A drop down that allows the user to quickly link an opcode to a maintenance group

  • CWI ( Customer Pay, Warranty Pay, Internal Pay)

  • Auto Add

At the top of Opcode Utilization you can:

  • Choose the store/branch

  • Choose Overall or BDC

      • Overall is all opcodes that have been used that exist on closed RO's. This list will sort by most used at the top.

      • The BDC filter will display operations booked by Service BDC, BDC Managers and Sales/Service BDC Users over the last 6 months. The opcodes booked most commonly will display here in order by use, and again this is based on pre-booked appointments, not closed RO's. Only the three user types mentioned will account for this list of BDC usage.

  • Filter by Skill Description

  • Filter by OpCode

Adding an Opcode

To add an opcode:

  • Go to Options

  • Select Add Opcode

  • Add the Opcode

  • Add the Description of the opcode

  • Select CWI ( Customer Pay, Warranty Pay, or Internal Pay) This can be left blank

  • Select Auto Add to have the opcode automatically be added to every appointment when the Book Appt Form is open

  • If Auto Add is select choose a position

      • The auto add op code can be automatically added to the beginning or end of the appointment

  • Save

Editing an Opcode

To edit an Opcode:

  • Go to Options

  • Select Edit

  • You can edit the Misc Fee

  • CWI

  • Auto Add

  • The Position the Opcode Auto Adds to

Note: OpCode, Skill Description, Price, and Estimated time can not be edited

Auto Add OpCodes

In OpCode Utilization, an Opcode can be setup to automatically be added to an appointment when booking. If when booking, the opcode is not needed the user can simply delete the opcode from the Book Appt form.
