Followups

The Followup indicator will display on a customer file with an outstanding followup scheduled. The followup is associated with the customer, not the VIN, making it visible at all times in the bottom left corner of recommended maintenance. Once clicked a followup popup window will display.

The Followup popup window displays:

  • Customer Name

  • Contact Type

  • Assigned To - Who the followup is assigned to

  • Created By - who created the followup

  • Due Date - The date to contact the customer

  • Created Date - the date the followup was created

  • Comments

There are three options that can be performed only by the user who is assigned to the followup:

Complete

By clicking on the complete option a pop up will display allowing the user to type up comments and created another followup if needed.

Edit

By clicking the edit the edit followup popup will display allowing the user to change the date, assign to, contact type, and notes.

*If the user attempted to contact the customer complete the followup and create a new one to get credit

Delete

By clicking the delete option a pop up will display reviewing the follow up you are deleting
