Service CRM Enhancements & Resolutions
Enhancements
Turn Off History will now show the Branch name "All" if the turn off was done prior to having the Turn off by branch logic in place. This will ensure users will know that the Turn off was applied to ALL locations and not just one specific branch.
Resolutions
There was an issue when trying to import a product plan via fetch import after clicking on a file to preview nothing would happen. This was related to double quotes being hidden in the column header and has been resolved.
There was an issue where users were able to overbook by a team if they were editing an appointment and changed the team to one that is overbooked. This has been resolved.
There was an issue where saved Fetch queries, being re-opened were including customers that were turned off since the query was last saved. We have now implemented a refresh check to remove any customers that no longer qualify.
Online Scheduling (OLS) Enhancements & Resolutions
Enhancements
We have added a new option to choose which makes you'd like to display recalls for in OLS. The new option can be found in Global Configuration. (This is only available to customers who subscribe to the recall integration) Please contact your Account Manager for more information.
DMS Enhancements & Resolutions
Enhancements
Tekion - OpCode pricing should display for Tekion stores. Use field “flatPrice” in the Customer Pay section of the API response to populate the Est Price field in DealerMine.
Resolutions
There was an issue with Quorum downloads, in that the Advisor and Technician fields were not populating in the Service History screen. This has been resolved.
There was an issue with Tekion where some opcodes were duplicating in the Service History. This has been resolved.
There was an issue with Tekion dealerships, in that appointments for Fleet customers could not be booked. This has been resolved.
There was an issue where users were unable to update Tekion customer files without having to recreate the file in the DMS. This has been resolved.
There was an issue where Fetch Campaigns were not displaying on the Call Select screen for Tekion stores. This has been resolved.
There was an issue in Tekion where Technicians were not displayed in the Technician configuration screen. This has been resolved.
Sales CRM Enhancements & Resolutions
Enhancements
In Showroom Configuration, we have added the ability to customize which fees you'd like to automatically apply federal luxury tax to. Check off the box under the FLT column to ensure the tax is applied on any quotes generated in DealerMine Desking.
2. We have added the ability to view web leads by team similar to the traffic log drop-down. To view by a team in web leads. Click on the salesperson drop-down and select the team you want to view.
Resolutions
There was an intermittent issue with Sales Merge recommending incorrect matches. This was related to phone number logic and particularly phone numbers under 7 digits. This has been resolved.
There was an issue with the Sales Cycle Reports ran by Enterprise, where the delivered totals were showing the same for all locations as we were not using the branch numbers. This has been resolved.

Telephony Enhancements & Resolutions
Enhancements
We have implemented a new auto-answer call flow, if auto answer is turned on per queue.
Logic determines the correct agent to who the call should go to based on who is available, and who has been waiting the longest since their last call.
The queue screen with have a blinking phone icon on the agent screen, next to the queue the call is coming from.
The Search screen auto opens and there is a banner at the top indicating the branch the call is for.
The call is auto forwarded to the agents phone. (desk phone or soft phone)
Agent has to answer the call, if they do nothing, the call will just ring and eventually go to voicemail or back to the queue.
