Service History Breakdown

The Service History Breakdown will display the VIN, Year Make Model and Trim, and any other VIN decode information of the selected VIN as well as the Estimated Mileage, Elapsed Mileage, Elapsed Months, Month Interval and Del Date.

The columns shown under service history are:

• Ro# - The Ro# column displays the RO Number

• RO Open Date - The RO Open Date column displays the date that the RO was opened

• Close Date - The Close Date column displays the date the RO was closed out

• Mileage - The Mileage column displays the mileage at the time the vehicle was brought in for service

• Advisor - The Advisor column displays who their advisor was when they were in

• Dept - The Dept column displays which department the vehicle went to. (for example S for service or B for Body Shop)

• CWI - The CWI column displays whether the opcode was customer pay, warranty pay or internal pay.

• Tech - The Tech column displays the technician that worked on each individual opcode

• OpCode Desc - The OpCode Desc column displays a description of the opcode. An opcode description that has a chain link beside it represents a maintenance service.

• OpCode - The OpCode column displays the opcodes that were performed when the vehicle was in.

• Group Name - The Group Name column shows the group the opcode is linked to. The Group Name column is a quick and easy way to see maintenance that was completed.

• LabCharge - The Labor Charge column displays the labor that would have been charged for each opcode

• Complaint - The Complaint column displays the issue the customer was having with their vehicle.

• Cause - The Cause column displays the cause of the issue.

• Correction - The Correction displays how the technician resolved the issue the customer had with their vehicle.
