Followup

There are two sub tabs under the Followup tab:

  • Followups

  • Refusals

The Refusal tab is user access only , so to give access go to User Setup > User Access > Followups to “Hide Refusal Tab”. When this option is checked off for a user, they will no longer be able to view the Refusal tab within the Followups action tab, when unchecked the user will have access.

Followups

The right side of the followups allows the user to sort the followups by:

  • Reason

  • Assigned To

  • All

  • Due Today

  • Past Due

  • Upcoming

The Followup information displays:

  • Assigned To - Who the followup is assigned to

  • Created By - who created the followup

  • Contact Type

  • Customer

  • Vehicle

  • Due Date

  • Comment

  • Entry Date - the date and time the followup was created

To open the customer profile double click on a followup

Refusals

The right side of the Refusals tab allows the user to filter by:

  • Date range or select a date

  • Reason

  • Service

  • Origin

  • Type

Users can set a default for date range, when a default is set the heart displays as red, when no default is set the heat will be grey.


The Refusals information displays:

  • Ro/Appt #

  • Entry Date

  • Appt

  • Username

  • Customer Name

  • Vehicle

  • Service

  • Refusals

  • Reason

  • Comments

  • To Due Date

  • DMS#
