DealerMine CRM Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

  1. Linking Service Web Leads - When double clicking on a new lead to link to a customer, DealerMine will attempt to find a matching customer, bringing up similar customers in the bottom portion of the grid. (Only customers are included in this list, not similar prospect files) If no matches are found, click "Add Customer/Prospect"..

  2. Linking Showroom Web Leads - When double clicking on a new lead to link to a customer, DealerMine will attempt to find a matching customer, bringing up similar customers in the bottom portion of the grid. (customers and prospects) If no matches are found, click "Add Customer/Prospect".

  3. Web Lead Hist - For both Service and Showroom leads on the Lead History tab the date range will default to “Last 7 Days”, however the user is now able to set their own default date range by clicking on the greyed out heart. If a date range is already set the heart will display in red and always be the default date range.

  4. Web Leads > Showroom - The Source and Media Source columns are both sortable.

  5. New Lead Notifications - In User Setup, we have added two new notification options that will have the same functionality as New Sales Leads. 1. Unassigned Service Lead and 2. Unassigned Sales Lead

  6. Deleting Leads and/or Marking as Completed - We have added a popup box when a user is selecting to “Delete Lead” or “Mark as Completed”, this will prompt the user to give a reason before either of these actions will save.

  7. Send SMS - in the SMS slide out screen, there is a new check box option "Stay on Customer". When checked you will remain on the customer file after sending the text. If unchecked, the customer will be recycled accordingly and you will be moved to the next customer in your list.

Service CRM Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

  1. Book Appt Form - We have made some changes to our book appt form to continue to improve the process of booking appointments. We have added the DMS customer number in the top bar on the left. We have an added a collapse bar to allow you to widen the screen to see more details of the services being booked.

  2. Adding a Vehicle on a Prospect File - Now when attempting to add a vehicle for a prospect file (any -4 customer), you will be asked to add a customer file since it's required for booking appointments in the DMS.


Resolutions

  1. There was an intermittent issue where some users were not able to add a customer or a vehicle. This has been resolved.

  2. There was an issue where the Appointment Schedule was not loading on certain dates. This has been resolved.

  3. There was an issue where the orb on Web Leads tab was not showing the correct number. This has been fixed.


Sales CRM Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

  1. Residual Values - Residual values have been added to the Purchase History tab and to the Portfolio > My Sold Deals for all lease deals.

  3. Showroom Lead Filters - We have added four new filters to Showroom Leads as follows: Dept, Media, Linked and Contacted.

  4. Web Leads - Leads Stats - New graph added to represent "Lead Peak Times".

  5. Default Traffic Type - you can now set a default Traffic Type in Showroom Configuration. When a default is set, it will appear at the top of the list in the Traffic Type drop down when creating a worksheet or adding a guest.

Resolutions

  1. There was an issue where users were creating a new Followup while completing a Followup and the Create Followup popup would not display. This issue has been resolved.



Desking Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

  1. Payment Summary - we have changed the summary section to only include incentives for the chosen financial provider, rather than all of the possibilities.

  2. Pricing Summary Tax Ranges - for any provinces (BC) that have tax ranges based on the sub-total we will now display the proper tax rate in summary for cash, lease and finance.


Resolutions

  1. There was an issue where users were creating a new Followup while completing a Followup and the Create Followup popup would not display. This issue has been resolved.
