Service CRM Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

1. We have added a new entry to turn off history. If texting is turned on when a user changes the cellphone number it automatically turns off texting and turn off history will now display this change.

2. Users are now able to embed images in emails. To embed an image in an email click insert image and click the file explore button then select an image from your computer.

3. We have changed the transportation merge field to now display the nickname that is set up in Transportation Configuration when on text and email templates.

4. We have improved the Appointment Schedule Legend when in Skill View to now only display a unique appointment count. Before we would count each skill as a different appointment even though it was one appointment booked in multiple skills.

Resolutions

  1. There was an issue with eService appointments if specific pricing was set up the engine variation was duplicating on the eService website. This has been resolved.

  2. There was an issue with the spord history report when narrowing down using the columns we were displaying the wrong column name. This has been resolved.

  3. There was an issue where carry over work orders were not displaying on the Batch ROI report. This has been resolved.

  4. There was an issue where users were getting an error when trying to send a batch text through Fetch. This has been resolved.

  5. There was an issue when minimizing the email window and then reopening it the screen would be blank. This has been resolved

  6. There was an issue when a user booked an appointment through eService and the email they used was not the primary email on their account DealerMine would not record that the email was sent in contact history even though the customer did receive the email. We have resolved this issue by now taking into account the secondary email address on file.

  7. There was an issue with eService when customers were going online to edit their appointment the screen was displaying blank. This has been resolved

  8. There was an issue for users on Newfoundland time the Appointment Schedule Operations tab was showing hours and counts for the previous day. This has been resolved.

  9. There was an issue in shop hours if a row was copy and pasted from another day the waiter schedule was not loading. This has been resolved.

  10. There was an issue with the batch ROI report where if the customer was sent multiple communications during the reported period the dollar amount of the RO for the customer would display on each line of the report causing the report to inflate the RO spent for as many times as that customer was contacted. This has been resolved.

DMS Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

1. PBS - DealerMine now displays SPORD info on appointments that have SPORDs attached on both the open appointment screen and the book appointment screen. Lines that are booked on an appointment that has a SPORD attached are unable to be edited or deleted however users are still able to add new lines.

2. Xsellerator - DealerMine will now pull CWI information for opcodes from the DMS so when booking an appointment the correct CWI will be automatically selected based on what is set up in Xsellerator.

Xsellerator Quote Integration

DealerMine has now added Quote integration for Xsellerator customers!

If a customer has an active quote on their account you will see a Quote indicator in the bottom left of the customers profile.

Clicking on the Indicator will open up a window that allows the user to view all non-expired Quotes attached to the vehicles on the customer profile. With the following information:

  • The vehicle the Quote was created for

  • The date and time the quote was created

  • The quote number

  • The quote opcode and description

  • The total price for the quote (excluding expired lines)

  • The price quoted on each line

  • When the line will expire

Users will be able to see Quotes for all Vehicles or the Selected vehicle. This tab will display:

  • The vehicle the Quote was created for

  • The date and time the quote was created

  • The quote number

  • The quote opcode and description

  • The total price for the quote (excluding expired lines)

  • The price quoted on each line

  • When the line will expire, if the line is expire and if the line was already added to a service appointment

If the line has not expired the expiration date will display under the price in a yellow box

If the line has already been booked on an appointment the appointment number will display under the line price

If the line has expired the date the line expired will appear in a red box under the price of the line

We have added a new source to Fetch called "Customer Quotes" This source will use customers with quotes to return customer, vehicle and quote information. Users are able to fetch:

-Active Quote

-Active Quote Line

-Quote #

-Quote Create Date

-Quote Line Expiration Date

-Quote Line OpCode

-Quote Line Price (Only takes into account the Active Lines)

-Quote Price

Resolutions

  1. Xsellerator - There was an issue when booking an appointment the tech group was not pushing over to xsellerator correctly causing technicians to get overbooked. This has been resolved.

1. We have added a tooltip to the status on a traffic log. Users can hover over the status dropdown in the traffic log to see when it was changed to that status.

Resolutions

  1. There was an issue when trying to undelete a record in fetch it would not undelete. This has been resolved.

  2. There was an issue when clicking the print button on the traffic log the report was loading in blank. This has been resolved.
