No Show

When a customer has missed after 1 day ( Or the amount the dealership has set up in Contact Selections for No Show) they will show up on the call select screen under the "No Show" contact type.

The Indicator will show in the bottom left of the recommended maintenance section of the profile screen. The No Show indicator is VIN specific and will on display if the correct VIN is selected. Once the indicator has been clicked a No Show popup window will display.

The No Show Popup displays:

  • Customer Name

  • Vehicle

  • Appt No - Appointment number

  • Appt Date - The date the appointment is booked for

  • Booked By - The user that booked the appointment

  • Booked Date - The date the user created the appointment

  • Comments

  • Operations - The opcode on the appointment

The user has two options in this popup:

  • Edit Appointment

  • Delete Appointment

Remember to always check Service History and look for a WIP indicator before contacting these customers.
