Service Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

  1. DealerMine has a new option to give a user access to "Assign Leads" , this will give the use access to see all of the employees in the drop down that a Service Lead can be assigned to.

2. We have added a tool-tip for each POGA stat under the Name Tag to help users understand which stats are based solely on the user and which stats are calculated for the entire queue.

Production - This calculation is based on your own data.


Objective - This calculation is based on all of the queues you’ve made/taken calls for today.


Gross -This calculation is based on your own data but the Goal is based on the average of all of the queues you;ve made/taken calls for today.


Answer Rate - This calculation is based on all of the queues you’ve made/taken calls for today


3. When deleting an appointment in DealerMine we were only showing the confirm popup when deleting from the Appt Sched or from the Appt indication on the profile screen. Now we have added an option in DealerMine to see this "Confirm" popup when deleting from the Book Appt form.

When this option is off DealerMine will automatically delete the appointment when Delete is click on in the Book Appt screen.

To take advantage of this new option please contact your Account Manager or Support.

4. We have improved our OpCode filtering when searching for an opcode while booking an appointment. Users can now drill down their search by MMC code.

5. When sending an Appt Prep notification the mileage will now display in the Send Notification popup under the vehicle info.


Resolutions

  1. There was an issue where an indicator would display over the service history tab but there would be no service history attached to the VIN. This has been resolved.

  2. DMBDC users were not able to listen to their Voice Messages at times or unable to assign voicemails. This has been resolved.

  3. . There was an issue where DMBDC Users were not displaying in the username drop down on the call Log. This has been resolved
