A “History” grid will give a user information as to when the letter was last reprinted and by who.

The grid will display;

• LetterDate - date and time the letter was created

• LetterName - the name of the letter reprinted

• UserName - user name of who reprinted

• Status - Reprinted

• EntryDate - date and time of the reprint
