Service CRM Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

  1. When validating an eService appointment in DealerMine and the customer does not have an email associated with in DealerMine, now DealerMine will automatically add the email address to the customer's profile when linking the appointment to the customer file.

  2. We have improved our Recall Fetch import to now display in the Contact Selections > under the Recall section of the Call Select screen. Before, when importing a Fetch Recall it would display under Fetch campaigns.

  3. When sending out a Appt Prep notification users can now select their own name to receive a notification. User must be setup in User Access > Appt Prep > "Accept Notifications" check box must be checked.



4. When a text comes in and a match is found, the "user name" of the last person that last communicated through text with this customer will display on the Texting tab > Unread Messages.

5. When a user is booking an appointment for a day where there are no Advisors setup in DealerMine and Prevent overflow booking is on, DealerMine will display a message by the disabled Book Appt button to let the user know what exactly is the issue.


6. We have added the ability to Fetch Recall Data for VINs that are on and off the call select screen. To take advantage of this option go to Fetch and change the source to Recall


7. We have improved the recall targets so that it no longer displays by Year Make and Model. Targets now display by recall campaign number.

8. To better improve Batch Contacts for recalls we have added a Batch Type Recall option and Recycle As Recall option.

9. Batch Voice drops and texts have now been added to the Batch ROI Report.

10. On the Maintenance retention report, if there are any Maintenance groups that were deleted they will now display in Italics with an astric as displayed in the screen shot.

Resolutions

  1. When updating an appointment from the Appointment schedule tab it was bringing the user to the customer profile screen after completing the update. This was making it difficult for users to do schedule checks. This has been resolved.

Sales CRM Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

  1. Users will now need access to see the "All" option in the Store/Branch drop down when on the delivery log. When a user has access to more then 1 Store/Branch and has access to the Delivery Log the All option will display in the drop down, when All is selected all the stores that they have access to will display.

Resolutions

  1. A scroll bar has been added to the Work Plan tab> "My After the Sale tab", now when the grid is full the user will be able to scroll to see the entire list.



DMS Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

  1. There is a new option for Quorum users only"Turn off advisor push (Quorum only) ", when turned on the advisor will not push with the appointment into Quorum. To have this option turned on, please call our Support team.


2. Quorum - DealerMine has improved the recall appointments for Quorum. Now when booking an appointment and adding the ‘Campaign #’, description, estimated hours this info will automatically update to what is entered in Quorum.

Resolutions

  1. Quorum - there was an issue where the Technician\Groups and Submission types were changing when an appointment that was booked in Quorum was being updated in DealerMine. This has been resolved.

  2. PBS - there was an issue with PBS download for inventory. This has been resolved.

  3. PBS - there was an issue where Opcodes that had Sub opcodes were not displaying correctly in DealerMine causing issues with some reporting. This has been resolved.

  4. Quorum-there was an issue where DealerMine was not recognizing the information from the Class field in Quorum to distinguish whether a customer was a Company or Personal customer. This was causing files to flip from company to personal. This has been resolved.

  5. CDK - there was an issue with Vins that ended with the same 8 digits DealerMine was not passing the correct vehicle identifier, as well as adding an unknown Vin, it was changing the description of the vehicle.. These issues have been resolved.

  • If the Cell phone on a customer's file is invalid, empty or flagged as blocked for Voice drops.

  • If the Home phone on a customer's file is invalid, empty or flagged as blocked for Voice drops.

"Blocked" did you know?

  • If the Cell phone on a customer's file is deemed as "Impossible" to contact by Stratics, DealerMine will flag the cell number as blocked for 14 days, (after 3 time it is blocked for ever).

  • If the Home phone is "Busy" or "Unavailable" 3 consecutive times, DealerMine will block the phone number forever.
