DealerMine CRM Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

  1. News Tab > References - We are excited to announce a new "References" tab that will act as a growing library of useful documents to help you better use and understand all features within the DealerMine product.

  2. Voice Drops - We are pleased to announce a new add-on feature that is now available in DealerMine. Voice Drops is available for Maintenance contacts only. Personalized audio files can be delivered to customers cell phones and landlines without anyone making a call. This new feature will increase inbound calls for appointments and overall contacts made. It's designed to compliment any BDC and ensure all customers are being contacted before they fall off the contact list. (Ie. 3-18 months) If you're interested in learning more about our ringless voice drops feature please contact your Account Manager today!

Service CRM Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

  1. Appointment Schedule - Our new waiter slots can now be configured per team on any store and branch. Go to Admin Screen > Appointment Schedule > Shop Hours.

  2. Appointment Schedule Waiter Column - The waiter column will now show the availability remaining per slot. Ie. 1/4 if you have activated the waiter schedule as shown above. This will help you quickly find where there is availability for waiters.

  3. Turning OFF the Waiter Column - The waiter column can be turned off by simply by un-selecting the star in the Legends section of the Appointment Schedule.

  4. Use ANY Transportation Type - You can also star any other valid transportation type if you'd rather have something else in view, such as Shuttles, Loaners etc. DealerMine will now remember your settings and keep the proper display upon each login. This flexible feature will allow you to keep a close eye on any transportation type being used.

  5. AC Phone Stats - When setting up AC Phone stats, they will now be based on AC and store. I.e. if a user makes calls for two different stores they will show up in the User Name drop down for each Store. Go to Admin Screen > AC Phone Stats.

  6. Opt In text when changing customer info - When changing customer information after saving a "Text Opt In" was always sent, now when changing customer information we have added a "Send Opt In" check box where the user can control if the Text Opt In is sent. By default when changing the Cell number the box will be"checked" but the user still has the option to "uncheck" the box.


Resolutions

  1. There was an issue where leads could not be assigned. This has been resolved.

  2. There was a blank error pop up showing when attempting to add a vehicle to a customer file. This issue has been resolved and better error messaging has been added.

  3. Appt Hist - Opcode complaint was missing on ERA stores only. This has been resolved.

  4. There was an issue where users could not add new customers. This issue has been resolved.

Enhancements

  1. Inventory Option - We have two options to set a default for inventory price options as follows:

    1. Inventory Price (When selected two check boxes will display);

        • Would you like to add freight to the inventory price?

        • Would you like to add air tax to the inventory price?

2. Desking Access - We have give a "View Only" access to Sales People to view a quote that was given to a customer, they will also have printing options from this screen.

3. Traffic type (active/inactive) - We have added an option in Showroom Config > Traffic Log Types where a user is able to set a Traffic type to be active (by clicking on the red X) or inactive (by clicking on the green check). We did this in case some stores decide to make some changes to their process. This will keep all history in tact.

4. No Trade on Worksheet - We have added a No Trade check box on the worksheet, when checked it will update on the Desk Log .


Resolutions

  1. There was an issue where users were creating a new Followup while completing a Followup and the Create Followup popup would not display. This issue has been resolved.
