Resolutions

  1. Opt-in - We have removed the check-box for sending an opt-in within the Customer info screen and now show the SMS bubble in grey (if opt-in is required). Users can click this to send an opt-in. If an opt-in is sent it will turn yellow like on the profile, if Start is received back, then it will display in blue as it does on the profile screen. The Opt-in message doesn't officially send until you click SAVE on the Customer Info screen, to allow you to undo if clicked in error.

  2. eService - in the Customer Info screen when you enter an email for the eService account the customer will receive an email thanking them for registering. If Password Reset is clicked, they will receive that email template. All email templates can be modified in Templates and Batch Setup.

  3. Purchasing Additional Texting Lines - when a dealership purchases additional texting lines we will by default give access to all Service BDC, BDC Manager and Sales/Service BDC Users who have texting access. You can edit the access to each additional line by going to Texting Setup > and selecting the row of the texting line and clicking Edit under the Options drop down.

  1. Waiter Schedule - We have made a change to the Waiter Schedule for each day of the week it's turned on. If you check the "Schedule Waiter" option in the Shop Hours you must go to "Waiter Times" to further configure waiter slots per day and per team. We will default to 0 for all slots until values are inputted. This means that by default no waiters will be able to be booked unless this configuration is complete.

  1. Voice File- When using Click to Call and leaving a voice message, we will now remember the last Voice File used and will default to that Voice File each time until another one is selected.
