Service CRM Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

  1. On the Call Select screen > Selected Calls popup, users will no longer have the option to clear the contacts for Reserved or Voice Drops.

  2. When viewing SPORDS either on the Spords tab or in the popup we have added a "Description" section. This section will display the description of the spord, there is also a hover over which will display descriptions that are too long to display withing the popup or on the Spords tab.

  3. For DealerBuilt customer only when adding a new customer, if the information "First name, Last name or phone number" already exists on another file a error will display letting the user know this info already exists and will give the customer number of the file.

  4. With our Quorum integration DealerMine can now push the status of "Active" and "Inactive" (turn off) on a customer's profile and any changes when updating a profile. When booking an appointment the Promise time/codes, Transportation codes, Appointment source and Booked by are pushing correctly into Quorum. We also are now pulling the proper Opcodes and Est time/Price.

  5. New fields when adding/editing or searching a Fleet customer

When adding a new Fleet customer in DealerMine and the "Company" radio button is checked three new fields will now display

      • Fan Number "Fleet Account Number"

      • Owner

      • Buyer

When in the Search screen users can now search by Fan number, users can also search by Owner/buyer name in the Any Name field.

When editing a customer's profile and the "Company" radio button is checked three new fields will now display.

      • Fan Number "Fleet Account Number"

      • Owner

      • Buyer

6. In E-Service configuration we had added a new tab “Customized Text”, Under this tab the user will be able to setup the following custom field per language:

      • Book Appt Button Label

      • Mileage Label

      • Recommended Services

      • Welcome Message

      • Confirm Message

*These fields will no longer display on the Options tab

7. In the Admin screen Store Specifications there is a new option "Pulling Appts: Do not override zero hours appt line if unchecked, we will use Actual Hours, if not available Average Hours. " When this option is checked DealerMine will pull the appointment lines but will not over ride the Est time of "0" on an appointment line. If unchecked and the Est time is "0" we will use the Actual Hours if available, if not we will use Average Hours.

8 Telephony -to insure all inbound calls are answered DealerMine will put an inbound call back in the queue if a user tries to answer the call and it does not ring their desk phone, a Error popup will display to let the user know that the call has gone back into the queue.



Resolutions

  1. There was an intermittent issue where users were not able to update an existing appointment. This has been fixed.

  2. There was an issue where the Appointment Schedule was not displaying the correct start time as per the setup. This is now displaying correctly.


Sales CRM Enhancements & Resolutions


Enhancements

  1. A new drop down “Sort By” has been added to the Traffic log where a user can now sort by:

    • Walkin date

    • Salesperson

    • Customer Name

2. Now when marking a Traffic entry as “Sold” the user will be presented with a Sold popup with 3 options:

    • Selected Worksheet - when click this will display the Worksheet number, the vehicle selected on that worksheet.

    • Select Stock - when clicked the inventory screen will open where the user can select a different vin and this will also update on the Traffic log entry when saved.

    • Manual - when selected the user can manually add either the Stock number or a description and when saved it will up date the Traffic log entry when saved.

*When the status of "Sold" is changed the vehicle info will revert back to the original vehicle that was displaying on the Traffic log before Sold was selected.


3. Quick Trade: when doing a Quick Quote users can now also added a “Quick Trade” . After all the information has been entered on the Quick quote screen and Save & Desk has been clicked, users now can click on Trade from the Desking screen and enter in a "Quick Trade" and only the Vehicle and Trade Value needed.
