Team Specifications

Sort Order: change the order of how teams appear on the schedule from left to right (sorts the selection so that the lowest values are displayed from left to right). The Unassigned Team always defaults to 99, so it appears last.

Automatically Calculate Hours: by default this is checked. This option is only accurate if Technicians are linked to teams (Technician schedules must be setup). The Hours displayed in the maximum hours is based on the Technicians' historical data; otherwise, it shows 0 as a starting point, and it changes based on actual hours booked rounding to the first decimal place.

If a Dealership Books by Team, the option to have a Default Team selected is available (this is displayed from the Book Appointment Form on the Book for Team drop down). To create a Default Team, highlight the team, check Default Team and click Save. The default team now populates the Book for Team drop down on the Book Appointment Form.

It's also possible to have a default advisor for the defaulted team, select the Default Advisor drop down, and select an advisor. Click Save. The default advisor now populates the Book for Advisor drop down on the Book Appointment Form.
