Service Enhancements

Enhancements

  1. We have made a change in Telephony so that the timer value beside the Call icon will now display the waiting time of the call that has been in the queue the longest.

2. We have made a change to when users book an appointment with an opcode linked to a transportation type. Previously the Transportation field would not update until the appointment was actually booked, however now the Transportation field will update as soon as the opcode is added to the appointment.

Resolutions

  1. There was an issue when adding a vehicle to a file, the system would retain the previous customer that had a vehicle added to their file. This has been resolved

  2. There was an issue where the tooltip for checking if advisor time was available was displaying twice. This has been resolved.

  3. There was an issue where the targets were not loading when the Decline option was selected on the call select screen. This has been resolved.

  4. There was an issue where outbound telephony calls that resulted in leaving a voicemail, were being counted multiple times in Key Report 4. This has been resolved by changing the Contact Type of the Telephony entry to “Voicemail”

  5. When a user clicked the Leave Voicemail button prior to an outbound call being answered, it would result in double recycles displaying the contact history.. This has been resolved.

  6. There was an issue where Recycle Comments were duplicating in the Contact History, when a customer was called twice in the same session (2 different numbers), but only recycled once. This has been resolved.

  7. There was an issue adding an unknown VIN to a file if an actual VIN had already been tried, and determined to be on another file. This was because the VIN had already been set in the server. This has been resolved.

  8. There was an issue when using the Cities or Voicedrop filters on the call select screen, where the targets were not being sorted. This has been resolved.

  9. There was an issue where telephony users were not presented with a voicemail option to leave when contacting customers. This was due to the users not having access to that particular call type voicemail. Now if this occurs, users will see all voicemail recordings they have been linked to in the drop down, and can select one.

  10. There was an issue where the ‘call presented’ recycle was duplicating under contact history but you were only able to listen to one of the calls. This has been resolved.

  11. There was an issue where users were unable to select waiting as a transportation type when booking an appointment. This was to the computer being in a different time zone from the dealership. This has been resolved.

DMS Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

SERTI - We have removed the Tech drop down from the Book Appointment form for Serti DMS, as they do not having the ability to push or pull the tech number on appointment lines.

Resolutions

  1. SERTI - There was an issue with Serti, in that lines were duplicating on appointments. It was determined this was caused by the opcode description in Serti being slightly different from that in DealerMine. This is resolved

Did You Know?

We have set a force password change on DMBDC users. If the Force Password Change box is checked in the floater user set up screen, when users log into their sub-account (DMBDC account) a pop up will display allowing them to change their password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters, contain at least one uppercase letter, one number digit and one special character ($#@!%^&*(,))
