Enhancements



Users are able to select a date or date range they wish to view, easily customize the statuses they can view by checking and unchecking the statuses in the legend, and be quickly redirected to the customer profile by double clicking on the customer they wish to view.

1. We have improved the batch contacts tab to allow users to track the status of the contacts going out. To get to this screen go to Templates and Batch from the admin screen > Batch Contacts > Select either Letter , Emails , Text , or Voice Drop and click on the page with a bar graph on it beside the batch you want to view.

2. We have added new fields in Fetch called ‘RoClosedDate’ , ‘TurnedOffByCASL’ , ‘EmailTurnedOffByCASL ’ , ‘TextTurnedOffByCASL’.

‘RoClosedDate’ can be located under the source ‘DeclinedDeferred’ and will allow the user to complete a Decline Deferred Fetch using the date the RO was closed. Before users were only able to use the date the RO was open.

‘TurnedOffByCASL’ , ‘EmailTurnedOffByCASL’ , ‘TextTurnedOffByCASL’ can be located under the sources ‘All Customer’ and ‘Customer Vehicle’. These Fetch fields will allow the user to pull a fetch on customers turned off by CASL.

3. We have improved the BCC email users receive when a customer books an eService appointment. The template will now display

- First Name, Last Name, CellPhone, Email, Vehicle Info, Odometer

-Appt Status, Online Appt ID , Appointment Date, Created date, Comments , Appointment Preference, Advisor

- OpCode and OpCode Description

- Appointment preference (dropoff, waiter, shuttle, ect)

- Appt Date and Time

4. We have added a new column to the Spord Detail report and Spord History Report for customer number. This new column will make it easier for users to locate the customer in DealerMine.

Resolutions

  1. When searching the customer for eService/Webleads there was an issue where the blue arrows were not putting the pre populated information back. This has been resolved.

  2. There was an issue when trying to update information in the setup screen users were receiving a ‘Failed Saving Provider Info’ error message. This has been resolved.

  3. A recent enhancement to the Texting Setup screen caused all users to lose access to the free texting line. This has been resolved.

  4. There was an issue where if text confirmation was set up for eService customers were not receiving the unsubscribe message. This was only happening if you have the option selected in eService Configuration. This has been resolved.

  5. There was an issue when in the Templates and Batch admin screen and sorting by all the decline templates were not displaying. This has been resolved.

  6. There was an issue where some users were still able to book appointments on Teams that were marked as full even though they did not have override limitations access. This has been resolved.

  7. There was an issue when going to the appointment schedule for the first time to book an appointment, the wrong branch was loading. This has been resolved.

  8. There was an issue with the appointment prep screen not populating when updating an appointment, selecting send notification and then clicking update. The appointment prep form would not populate, the customer would recycle, and the book appointment screen would remain open. This has been resolved.

  9. There was an issue when sending optin texts, it would appear as if the opt in was sent twice in contact history, however the customer was only receiving the one text message. This has been resolved.

DMS Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

1. DealerBuilt - Due to limitations between our integration with DealerBuilt users are unable to change the vehicle on an existing appointment. To prevent complications we have grayed out the vehicle drop down when editing an appointment. Users are still able to use this feature when creating an appointment. If you need to change the vehicle users will need to delete and recreate the appointment with the new VIN.

2. Serti - Serti has added a new field to determine whether or not an appointment is a waiter appointment. We have improved our Serti integration to now pull from that field where as before we pulled from the comment section.

Resolutions

  1. Xsellerator - For Toyota stores that use Toyota Merchandising Codes there was an issue when booking an appointment DealerMine was not sending the Group ID. This has been resolved.

  2. Xsellerator - There was an issue where the Parts Kit ID was not pushing into Xsellerator when an appointment was booked in DealerMine. This has been resolved.

  3. Xsellerator - There was an issue where WIP’s were not displaying for RO’s with ‘completed’ status. This has been resolved.

  4. Xsellerator - There was an issue where the line under write up and closed were not displaying on the upsell analysis report. This has been resolved

Sales CRM Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

1. We have added a new feature to the Delivery Log. Users are now able to search for a customer in the Delivery Log by using the search bar.

2. In Desking configuration > Desking Options users now have the ability to Hide Amount Financed on Printed Worksheet for finance and lease. If checked, the amount financed will not appear on the printed worksheet.

3. We have added the ability to click on the number by the delivery status in traffic log stats to view customer details for each of the deliveries.

4. We have added a new option under traffic log to view the traffic log by date the status was change. This can be viewed by date or date range like the walkin date.

We also added two new sort options: status change ascending and descending. These sort options allow the user to sort by when the status was changed.

Sales Reassign

1. Users will now only have to select the customer once on the sales reassign tab to reassign the customer. Before if the customer had multiple deals the user would have to manually select each individual deal to reassign. This could cause issues where the user may accidentally assign the deals attached to one customer to different sales people.

Resolutions

  1. There was an issue when setting up no response alert for webleads the changes were not saving. This has been resolved.

  2. There was an issue when running a fetch for sold vehicle data with original salesperson it was showing the wrong salesperson. This has been resolved.

  3. There was an issue when trying to schedule a delivery users were receiving a red error saying ‘Location Max Deliveries Reached’ even though the max deliveries were not reached. This has been resolved.

  4. There was an issue when editing or adding steps to sale the user would just get a loading screen. This has been resolved.

  5. There was an issue when clicking on the star rating on the customer profile under the customer information, the breakdown of the star rating calculation was not displaying. This has been resolved.

  6. There was an issue when editing statuses on a location in delivery log configuration it was displaying the same statuses on each location from the first store. This has been resolved.

  7. There was an issue where we were not pulling the color of the vehicle in inventory. This has been resolved.

  8. Due to an issue with the customer not linking properly to a delivery log users were not receiving notifications for that delivery. This has been resolved.
