News - We have made some changes to our "Releases" tab in order to present more items on a page. This will allow you to view more, with less scrolling.

Texting - We have renamed our Incoming Today tab to be "Unread Messages" to ensure all messages that have not yet been read will land in this tab, regardless of date received.

Email - we have added the ability to do a multi-select on emails to mark as read or unread.

Appointment Schedule - Our new waiter slot in the Appointment Schedule will count all waiters based on transportation code. This column labelled as "W" will provide insight to how many waiter appointments are booked per interval. This column is visible in all views. (Shop, Team and Skill)

Appointment Schedule - Team view - We have added a hover over each team name in case the column is small due to a high number of teams.

Profile - Service Hist tab - We have added a hover over to the "Correction" column. If the user double clicks on the correction line a popup will display and remain open until the user closes it. The option to copy/paste is available.

eService Configuration - to help with preventing overbooking for eService appointments, we have increased the "Reduce Number of slots Available by" from 5 to 10 in the eService setup screen. Customize how you see fit.

There was an issue where leads could not be assigned. This has been resolved.

There was a blank error pop up showing when attempting to add a vehicle to a customer file. This issue has been resolved and better error messaging has been added.

Appt Hist - Opcode complaint was missing on ERA stores only. This has been resolved.
