Service CRM Enhancements & Resolutions

We have implemented a change to allow the Appointment Schedule so it will now display Finished RO’s beyond 7 days, when the option to show RO’s on Schedule is turned on in Store Specifications.

We have improved our email templates, in that when sending email to a customer marked as a Company, the <<CustomerFirstName>> merge field will be hidden from view.

Resolutions


There was an issue where incorrect timestamps would display on results when a Fetch query was made. This has been resolved

DMS Enhancements & Resolutions

For Reynolds, we have added the ability to push the Department on appointments. Previously when the appointment pushed to the DMS it would default to “S”. Now it will remain set as what the user selects when booking the appointment. This feature must be turned on in Global Configuration as shown below and this option will display for ERA stores only.

Resolutions

  1. There was an issue for Serti stores, where if a customer had a significant number of SPORDS on file, the system would remove the vehicle from view on the customer’s file. This has been resolved.

  2. There was an issue for Xsellerator stores, where some vehicles could not be added to a customer file. This has been resolved.

  1. There was an issue where Inactive Salespeople were able to be assigned to Traffic Log entries. This has been resolved.

  2. There was an issue where pricing was not appearing in the inventory view in Dealermine, for stores that use AutoVance. This has been resolved.
