Enhancements
Call Log - A Search field has been added to the Call Log tab for Telephony users, here the user is able to search by:
first name
last name
first name and last name (space between names)
customer number
"To" number
"From" number
*The To and From numbers can only be search by numbers not characters
2. Fetch - on the Saved Queries tab in Fetch we have update the hover over on the Queries that are flagged as Batch.
Grey - Not used in a Job
Red - Used in a Job - to delete the query delete the Batch Contact first.
3. Booking with Preventions - When preventions are turned on a user will not be permitted to over book the shop, a skill, an opcode or a team and will be presented with a popup to let them know why they cannot book.
Skill Limits - When Skill Limits are set daily by counts or hours, DealerMine will prevent overbooking when limits have been reached ONLY if prevent overbooking is turned ON. When prevent overbooking is turned OFF the users will receive a warning letting them know that they are overbooking a Skill but they will still be able to book an appointment.
Shop/Team - When the Shop/Team is marked as full and preventions are turned ON the user will not be able to over book and will get a popup message letting them know why they cannot book. When the Shop/Team is marked as full and preventions are turned OFF user will have to use the Override Booking Limitations to book.
OpCode - When there are limits set on opcode and preventions are turned ON, the user will not be able to book for that opcode. When preventions are turned OFF and they try to over book an opcode, the opcode will appear in red on the Book Appt form but the user will still be able to book.
4. eService - Dealerships that have eService now have the option to setup "Loaner" for a transportation when booking through eService. This can be setup in Transportation configuration.
5. SPORDS - Back counter and Front counter parts will now display on the Call Select when pulling Spord contacts from the Call Select.
Resolutions
There was an issue where the Waiter schedule was adding an extra time slot on the Appt Sched. This is now fixed and working correctly.
There was an issue were Telephony recorded calls were not always displaying the play button on the customer's Profile Contact history tab. This has been fixed.

Traffic log - On the Traffic log when the status is changed to Lost after x number of days as per the setup screen, this will be recorded and display on the Contact history tab of the customer/prospect's profile.
Traffic Log - When a status is changed on the Traffic Log or a Sales Merge has been performed DealerMine will display the name of the person who made the change in contact history tab.
3. Internet leads - On the web leads tab if a lead has already been sent to the Traffic log DealerMine will display a Traffic log icon beside the lead. When a lead is not on the Traffic Log the option to "Add to Traffic Log" will display on a right click, if a lead is on the Traffic Log the option will not display on a right click.
Also after linking a lead to file the user will be left on the lead screen so he can finish working on the lead. If need be to go to the customer profile, user can double click on the lead.
Resolutions
1. Traffic Log - When using the Grouping By filter on the Traffic log it was changing the over all Total when collapsing the group, now when collapsing a group the Total will not change and we will display the visible count.

DIS
DealerMine is now able to push the Transportation codes into DIS.
Serti
DealerMine is now able to push into Serti the comments that are entered on an opcode line when booking an appt.
Resolutions
Serti - DealerMine was improperly pushing the Appointment comments, there were random numbers and symbols displaying. This has been fixed.
PBS - There was an intermittent issue were op codes were doubling on an appointment. This is now fixed.
