Booking by Tech

Technicians setup with accurate work schedules is an essential part of properly calculating maximum hours to sell on a daily basis. Upon installation, Technicians are activated and setup (without work schedules) automatically using the following criteria:

  • Using Service History: we validate all Technicians who have performed skills on closed Repair Orders over the past 90 days. We then filter the Technicians to only include those with activity over the past 30 days.

The left hand side displays a store and branch drop down to add technicians in the correct location. Below the branch drop down is a team drop down to filter even further the technicians you wish to view.

Any Technicians listed in RED have been recently pulled over, but not yet configured with a work schedule. Once you create a work schedule, or copy an existing work schedule to a Technician listed in RED, they will no longer appear in RED.

Once the Tech has a schedule, they will then need to be linked to a Team. In Technician Setup on the Specification tab, click on the Tech's name in the Active list, then click the Team Name drop down and then click on a team name. In the screen shot Cathy is now linked to Lube 2.


When on the Appt Sched "Cathy" will have a column under the team "Lube 2". When hovering over the team name a tool tip will display the advisor name that is linked to the team.
