View Options

When clicking on the "View" drop down and selecting one of the options in the drop down like" Waiter", all the appointments will display greyed out and only the appointments that have a waiter will be visible on the Appt Sched grid.

The Legend displays all the Transportation options and their cor responding colors, this can be setup in the Transportation configuration. The grey star is clicked it will turn yellow on the transportation in the legend, a new column will display on the Appt Sched displaying the cont for the selected transportation, and the appointments will display in the transportation's color.
