Service CRM Enhancements & Resolutions
Enhancements
We have implemented a new function in Dealermine that allows dealerships to turn on Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) for their users. Turning this feature on means when all users attempt to log in, they will be required to input a code emailed to them before the system allows them access. (Please contact your Account Manager or Support to have this new feature turned on)
Dealerships are able to set the length of time between logins, before a user is required to input a code again. Note that 0 =5 Minutes, meaning a user would have to verify their account every time they log out or are logged out during the day. 1 = 24 hours, 2 = 48 hours and so on.
To activate this feature, go to the Admin menu > Global Configuration > Global tab (as shown here)
Once they click the Send Email Code button, an email will be sent from the noreply@dealermineinc.com email address, and the pop up will change, allowing a user to enter the authentication code they receive.
Once the code has been entered properly, and the Verify button is clicked, then users will be logged into DealerMine as normal. The Verification Code is only valid for 30 minutes from the time it is sent. If it is not entered within 30 minutes, a new email verification code must be requested prior to logging in.
If the code is entered incorrectly, then a message will appear advising the code is incorrect, and give the option to try again or send a new code.
If a user needs to have the MFA email code sent to a different email address than the one they login to DealerMine with, there is a new field in user setup called "MFA email address". Simply enter the new email there.
2. As part of the turn off by branch functionality, we have added logic so that when pulling up a customer from the search screen, the profile will default to the branch of the first vehicle in the list, rather than store 1, branch 1. For better accuracy, we still recommend accessing the customer profile by clicking on the VIN on the search screen. If you click on the VIN in the profile, it will default to the branch related to that VIN.
Resolutions
There was an issue where Open RO's on Team View, were appearing the unassigned column. This has been resolved.
Remove Voice Drops from US dealers. Due to a new federal ruling by the FCC in the US, meaning ringless voice drops now require express consent, and do not fall under the existing business relationship exemption, the ability to send voice drops has been removed. **This only impacts US dealerships.
Online Scheduling (OLS) Enhancements & Resolutions
Enhancements
Previously we had a flag in the background for Quorum DMS dealerships using Online Scheduling that would allow free form appointments to be pushed to the DMS directly. We have now moved this flag to the front end in E-Service configuration. When this option is on, the Push Directly to DMS and Do Not Push Directly to DMS options are hidden.
Resolutions
There was an issue where newly created customers booking appointments using online service scheduling, were not pushing to the DMS. Newly created customers booking appointments will now push to the DMS if this option is turned on in eService configuration.
Opcode exceptions setup within Opcode control in shop hours will now be taken into account when displaying available dates and times in OLS"

Sales CRM Enhancements & Resolutions
Enhancements
We have reverted a past change, not allowing a user to book a sales follow-up for a past date. You can now schedule a follow-up for a past date if needed.
In the Showroom Lead History tab, under the filter section, the default option when opening the screen will now be “Include Completed”.
We have improved our logic to find existing customer matches when processing a Web Lead. This was done in an effort to minimize the number of insignificant matches returned.
Telephony Enhancements & Resolutions
Enhancements
We have improved the call routing for when Auto Answer is enabled. Now a call will be routed to the Appointment Coordinator that has been waiting the longest since their last inbound call. If the call is not answered, it will be routed to the next available Appointment Coordinators phone.
