Enhancements
We have improved the overall look and feel of our sign in screen, so as to achieve uniformity with the rest of the Quorum organization. Now when the sign in page is opened, it will look like this:
Clicking the Dealermine CRM logo in top left corner, will open the DealerMine website in a new tab.
Clicking the Help link in the upper right corner, will open a pop up that allows a user to send a communication to our support team. The user simply needs to enter their email address, the subject of the issue, and details of the issue they are contacting support for. Additionally, the toll free number to reach DealerMine is displayed as well as the time frame live support is available.
At the bottom center of the screen, are links to reach the web pages of Quorum’s other products, including Autovance, Quorum DMS and Accessible Accessories
The Username and Password screens continue to work in the same manner as before, with the exception of the “eye” icon being added to the password field, allowing a user to check what they have entered.
Resolutions
There was an issue where users' emails were getting suspended. This was due to office 365 having a 90 day limit on the authorization token. We implemented a new feature that should allow us to bypass having to grant permission every 90 days as long as an email has been sent.
