Enhancements

  1. Preferred Method of Contact - The preferred method of contact will still be updated by clicking the 'star' above the contact method in the Customer Information screen. Now when the preferred method is 'texting' we will place the 'star' to the right of the blue SMS bubble, to signify text is preferred to eliminate any confusion between cell phone and texting.

Service CRM Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

  1. Hide "No Team" on Book Appt Form - We have added an option to hide the "No Team" selection when booking an appt. No Team allows you to book for any Advisor, including those not linked to a team. See Appointment Schedule > Store Specifications.

Resolutions

  1. eService- There was an intermittent issue where the year, make and model drop downs were not loading correctly. This has been resolved.

  2. Lead Details - there was an issue when viewing lead details on the Customer Profile, in the Lead Hist tab. This has been resolved and now when you click the (+) button you will see all appropriate details.

Sales Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

  1. Adding a Trade on a Worksheet - We have made a change to allow you to add a Trade to any saved worksheet, without yet having a 'vehicle interest' to add.

2. Specific Pricing for Accessories - You can now add accessories for ALL vehicles or apply to specific year, make and models. You can customize these accessories in Showroom Configuration > Worksheet Items.


You can Apply to All Vehicles or Specific Vehicles.

Choose New or Used (leaving blank will assume ALL)

Auto Add (will automatically add this accessory when building a worksheet.
