Texting Templates
Like the Email tab, you can sort by store/branch, and category.
Click on "Options" to add, edit or delete a texting template.

Choose a name and contact type, then add a text to display. Make sure to use the drop down on the far right to add auto populating fields.
You can add up to 1600 characters after merge fields.
When "Batch Only" is checked, the template will not display in the drop down when sending a text to a customer.
Click the star beside template name to make the template a default. If his is done, this template will be the first to display in the drop down.
