Service CRM Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

  1. Contact Type on ALL Booked Appointments - The Contact Type will now always show "Maintenance" in Contact History for all booked appointments rather than use the original contact type on the vehicle, such as Confirm, No Show etc.

  2. Skill View - we have made a change to include the hours booked on the system generated team "Other" in the total hours booked in Skill View. Prior to this change it was only including total hours from Teams setup. Since 'Other' is designed to be a catch-all Team, in case any appointments are booked for an Advisor not linked to a Team.

Clarification on the "Last Contacted By"

Last Contacted By - This will only appear if the contact was made by a Service BDC, Service/Sales BDC or BDC Manager for ANY presented outbound contact within the last 14 days.

Resolutions

  1. There was an intermittent issue where some dealerships were not seeing the 'bounced' email information on each customer profile. This has been resolved.

  2. Some dealerships were experiencing slower than normal load times when adding opcodes to appointments during the booking process. This issue has been resolved and was related to opcode pricing.

  3. Account Manager Summaries: Monthly Performance Summary - We have added some new verbiage to the last page of this report to clearly define how the Total Recycles is added. Recycles excludes the following: Batch Email, Marketing Emails, Send to Excel - Marketing, any sent Letters and any sent Texts. These exclusions will prevent these numbers from matching ANY other report in DealerMine where Recycles are counted.

  1. Portfolio- There was an issue when viewing the 'Prospects' filter that all prospects appeared with a strikethrough. This has been resolved.
