Sales CRM Report Card

This report was created to help Sales BDC Managers, Sales Managers, etc. identify areas of opportunity within their Sales BDC and the Sales Floor. The Sales CRM Report Card provides details on the overall performance and allows the users to utilize a single report rather than running multiple ones. This report has multiple views which will allow the user to see various areas of performance/productivity.

Date / Store Options:

Select the From and To Date Range or use the drop down to select from pre-loaded time frames i.e. Yesterday, Last Month , This Month, etc.

Then select the appropriate Store and Branch

Inbound: This is a list of all of the "inbound" actions identified by Sales Person or Event Type (depending on the sort option selected.)

For this example we will use By Event Type By Salesperson

Down the left hand side you will see the the following:

The Salesperson followed by the Traffic Type. ie. Walk In, Be Back, Delivery

Across the top you will find following headers:

Evt Cnt- Event Count is every Traffic entry for the date range, excluding pending guests.

Cust Cnt- Customer Count - Is a distinct count of the customer numbers entered into the Sales CRM for the time Frame.

***Why these numbers may not match- Depending on the time frame ran, and the customers entered these numbers may not match as seen by the yellow highlighted section below.

This will occur as you may have a customer that comes in multiple times becoming multiple separate Event Counts i.e Jordan D is a Call in, Walk, in, and a Be Back so event count would be a 3 - 1 in each section but since Jordan has 1 distinct customer number the example would be 1 customer count.


Evt Sold Cnt-Event Sold Count : This column is tied to the Event Count (Evt Cnt) - Number of these events marked as sold.

Unq Sld Cnt - Unique Sold Count - This is the number of unique customers marked as Sold.

Dlv Cnt- Delivery Count - number of deals pulled and merged from F & I (Retail + Lease Only)

Sld Cls% - Sold Close %- Unique Sold Count / Unique Customer Count

i.e. 163/543 = 30%

Dlv Cls % - Delivered Close % - Unique Delivery Count / Unique Customer Count

i.e. 39/543 = 7%

These will give you insight into the number of unique customers marked as Sold and of that same number how many have been Delivered through the DMS.
