DealerMine Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

  1. User Setup > Store Access: When removing store access for any user, DealerMine will now automatically remove access for that user for any Email Setup they had associated with that said dealership. (Email Setup > User Access List)

  2. New Texting Merge Fields: We have add two new merge fields to the Texting templates in the Template / Batch setup screen, "DealerShipName" and "UserPhoneNumber". This data will pull directly from User Access for the user sending the texting. Ie. Appointment Coordinator's dealership name and phone number entered in User Setup.

  3. Quorum Integration: For all dealerships using Quorum, we are now able to push Active/Inactive status for a customer's profile.


4. Implied Consent - We have re-worded and changed some logic that was used in our previous Admin Screen: CASL Override Options. This is now labelled as CASL Implied Consent Options. This option is for Canadian dealerships only.

Basically, the implied consent option allows you to quickly turn on ALL customers with a cell phone number or an email for electronic communications as long as they have had a business transaction with your dealership within the last 24 months, or 6 months for any Showroom prospect. This option will save users time and give your dealership more contact opportunities.

  • Email contact method turned on for all customers within the database, using the implied consent rules having a business relationship within the last 24 months

  • Text contact method turned on for all customers within the database, using the implied consent rules having a business relationship within the last 24 months

When the check box is checked for one of these options, it will turn on texting and/or email for "Implied Consent" for all customers that have had a business relationship with the dealership within the last 24 months and this will also include any prospects within the last 6 months.

  1. Telephony configuration > Caller ID Verification: When a Caller ID has been deleted, it is still stored within DealerMine so you now have the option of re-using if need be. Simply click on the Caller ID Verification within Telephony configuration and a popup will display the deleted number/s and allow the user to select and re-insert these numbers into the active list.

2. When on the Search screen and a customer is searched and is displaying on the grid a hover over has been added to the Booked Appt icon displaying the date and time of the appointment.

3. Spord Details : a "Spord" description has been added to the Spord details popup and to the Spord tab on the profile screen.



4. We change the popup notification that displays when a call done not ring your desk phone. There are times that when a call is answered it does not ring the desk phone and is placed back in the queue.

Resolutions

  1. There was an issue where Declined work and Appointments for Quorum were pulling the wrong Op Codes. This is now fixed and pulling correct information.

  2. When in Advisor Setup the "Active" drop down list would not display all the active advisors. This is now fixed.

  3. There was an issue where users were not able to update a booked appointment. This is now fixed and working.

Sales Enhancements & Resolutions

Enhancements

  1. When selecting "Lost" as a Status users will now see a popup where they will be prompted to select a "Reason" from a drop down list.

  2. A user is now able to Create and Save a Work sheet and add a Trade without having to enter a vehicle interest, however the user will not be able to go to the Desking screen until a vehicle interest is added.

Resolutions

  1. Traffic Log - there was an intermittent issue where stock attached to a Worksheet wasn't always showing on the Desk Log detail view. This has been resolved.
