Appt Scheduler Menu

The Scheduler View is populated by default when the Appointment Schedule (Appt Sched) is first presented on the screen , however the Appt Sched will remember the last View used when returning to the Appt Schedular.

There are 3 ways to view the Appt Sched

Review Mode is for DMBDC users only.

Schedular View

Scheduler view will display all booked appointments for the selected day on the grid in the correct time slot with the name of the customer. There is also a hover over on each appointment, the tool tip will display the appointment info such as Transportation and Services booked.

Right click on an appointment to View Details, View Profile, Edit or Delete appointment.

List View

Select tab List View, and the appointments are displayed in greater detail. List view will display all the booked appointments for the selected day on the grid in the correct time slot with the name of the customer along with the customer number, services booked, vehicle make, model and vin#, date appt was booked, who it was booked for, who it was booked by and the Promise time. List view displays the Appointment Time with a graph. The graph represents the time slot's availability as described in the table above.

Right click on an appointment to View Details, View Profile, Edit or Delete appointment.

Users has the abbility to sort the Schedular by Appointment time and Promise time, View Tech and Advisor schedules and Mark/Unmark days as full.

Appointment time

Appointment Time will display all the appointment for that day by appointment time.

Promise time

Promise Time will sory the Appointment Schedular by the Promise time entered in the Book Appt form. As seen on the above screen shot the appts are in the time slot for the Promise time.

View Advisor Schedule

When clicking on "View Advisor Schedule", a popup will display the Advisor's schedules for that day. It will display the Start/End time and total hrs worked.

View Tech Schedule


When clicking on Tech View users will be presented with a Tech Schedule screen. The Tech schedules will display;

  • Tech's name

  • Start time (breakes included)

  • End time (breakes included)

  • Total Hrs

  • Hrs

  • Efficiency

  • Employee Hours

  • Hrs Off

When working from the Appt Sched and a user has selected to “View Tech Schedule” from the dropdown, the message “DealerMine has located __ new technicians. Click here to setup these techs.” will only display for users that have access to the Technician Setup.

Users can Expand or Collapse each Tech section by clicking on the Expand or Collapse buttons in the upper right or by clicking on the expand or collapse button by the tech's name. When uses see the message at the top of the page "DealerMine has located # new Technicians. Click here to set up these techs. Expand AllCollapse All" Only users with Access can click on this and will be directed to the Tech Seutp screen.

Mark day as full

User access is required

When a user has access to use this they are able to mark a day as Full by entering in a comment and clicking save.

This marks the selected day as full and prevents further bookings. Once the option is enabled, a Shop Full will display at the top of Appt Sched for the selected day.

Unmark day as full

User access is required

When the day is marked as full the option in the drop down will display as "Unmake day as full" and a "Shop Full" will dispaly at the tope of the Appt Sched.

When Unmark day as full is selected users will be presented with a popup where they will need to select Yes or No, when Yes is selected this opens up the day for more appointments.
