Service CRM Enhancements & Resolutions

Resolutions

  1. There was an issue where holidays were showing as available to book via Online Scheduling. This has been resolved

  2. There was an issue where the Lead History screen was not refreshing properly while scrolling, preventing users from reaching the bottom of the list. This has been resolved.

  3. There was an issue where special order parts were being attached to the wrong branch, when no VIN was present on a customer file. This has been resolved.

  4. There was an issue where the wrong employee name was being populated in text messages. This has been resolved.

  5. There was an issue in the appointment schedule, where if no appointments were made on a specific date, then the advisors schedule blocks would not display, until an appointment was made. This has been resolved.

  6. There was an issue where users were unable to view or change the date in the appointment schedule without their computer freezing. This was due to a Chrome update that had occurred, and is now resolved.

  7. There was an issue for Chrome users, where they were unable to load the Appointment screen, or change to a different day if it did load. This was due to a piece of code that did not work with a Chrome update that had occurred. This has been resolved.

  8. There was an issue where the CSI Analysis By User report was not working due to a truncation issue. This has been resolved.

  9. There was an issue in Key Report 4 Contact Analysis, where some calls would present as having been Outbound, when they were actually Inbound as per the contact history. This has been resolved.

DMS Enhancements & Resolutions

Resolutions

  1. We were recently notified by Dealerbuilt that they were going to begin limiting the size of RO requests to a maximum of 7 days. We have made adjustments in our integration with them to conform with this change.

  2. For CDK, there was an issue when users attempted to change a vehicle from an unknown VIN to known VIN on an appointment, in that it was not updating in CDK. We have now removed the ability to do this in Dealermine.

Sales CRM Enhancements & Resolutions

We have made an improvement on the Traffic Log Hist tab of a customer profile, in that it will now display the same Desking information as it does in the Traffic Log

We have now given the ability to every user type to view Draft Appointments in the Name Tag.

We have made a change in how the British Columbia PST on the Trade Allowance presents on the Worksheet when a vehicle is received as a trade on a lease. It will now display as part of the Due on Delivery fees.

After completing a followup the traffic log will now display whether it was a show or no show. You will see this information in brackets at the end of the contact history.

We have made improvements to the Fetch fields to ensure they are working properly with Multi Branch Sales CRM salespeople

We have improved the email and text merge fields in their respective templates as well as Batch set up, to ensure they are working properly with Multi Branch Sales CRM

We have made changes to further improve Web Leads usage.

  • When you first enter the Web Leads tab, the Filters and Lead Source menu are now displayed in a single view.


  • We have improved the search capability on the Lead History tab, by now allowing users to search by First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.


  • We have removed the ability to Mark a Showroom Lead as completed, unless a user has been granted access to do so.

  • Additionally, we have added 4 additional options in User Access relating to Leads. These include, New Leads, Unsold Leads, Lead History and Lead Stats. If any or all of these are unchecked for a user, that user will not have access to view them in Dealermine. These will be checked by default for all users when they are created.

Resolutions

  1. There was an issue in branched stores where users were unable to reassign a customer to another salesperson. This has been resolved.

  2. There was an intermittent issue when scheduling a delivery, where a user was unable to see or select the Salesperson and Sales Manager from the respective drop down menus. This has been resolved.

  3. There was an issue where the customer and prospect lists in the Sales Reassign tab were not displaying correctly. This has been resolved

  4. There was an issue where the Sales Cycle store report and the Sales Cycle enterprise report were not matching in their numbers. This has been resolved to a certain degree, however please note that the reports will not match completely, as the Enterprise report counts distinct customers only, whereas the Sales Cycle report counts the traffic log entry by Salesperson. IE: If Joe created a traffic log entry for a customer, and Bob creates a traffic log entry for the same customer, this counts as 2 entries on the Enterprise report, but 1 entry per salesman on the Sales Cycle report.

  5. There was an issue where leads were being marked as completed if a text message was sent on it. This has been resolved.

  6. There was an issue where data was missing from the Monthly Performance Report for Logical Branched stores. This has been resolved.

  7. There was an issue where the Leads report was not displaying Appointments Booked and Showed on each Lead Source. This has been resolved.

  8. There was an issue where some sales lead types were not populating in Dealermine for some stores. This has been resolved.

  9. There was an issue for some dealership’s where the Show Percentages in the Account Manager Summary report was not correct. This has been resolved.

  10. There was an issue where batch unsold emails were being sent for a current Traffic Log entry, however the signature was that of the salesperson who had entered a previous Traffic Log entry. This has been resolved.
