Choosing a Source

Sources are required to pull specific data stored in various places in order to build relevant queries. Read the table below to understand the sources and the data they store.

Customer Vehicles - This source will contain all vehicles in your DealerMine database that have sales or service history. This source is useful when you require turn off info, star rating, customer info etc.

Import Data - This source will store all lists that have been imported into DealerMine using our Import Management option.

Appointment History - This source will contain all data related to pre-booked appointments.

All Customers - This source will contain all customers within your DealerMine database, with or without vehicles on file.

Contact History - This source will contain all contact history information on customer files, helping you to create reports on any key piece of information within Contact History.

Showroom Prospects - This source will contain all Showroom Traffic Log entries and prospect entries, allowing you to create reports based on entry date, status, etc.

Sold Vehicle Data - This source will contain all sold deals and allow you to create reports based on deal information, such as Salespeson, delivery dates, expiry dates etc.

Showroom Leads - This source will contain all Showroom I-Lead information, regardless of if the leads were converted into prospect files or linked to existing customers.

Declined/Deferred - This source will contain all declined/deferred maintenance that took place in DealerMine during the appointment booking process.

Customers on Call Select - This source will allow you to retrieve a list of customers who received a batch contact at any point in the past.

Service History - This source will contain relevant service history information that exists on RO's to allow you to create reports around opcodes, Advisors and/or Techncians.
